Product Warranty

All products sold by comenzionline.arox.ro benefit from warranty conditions according to the legislation in force and the commercial policies of the producers.

In order to benefit the guarantee, please contact the Arox team at the e-mail address shop@arox.ro and our colleagues will inform you about the exact process of requesting the application depending on each product.

The standard warranty period offered by Arox Equipment SRL is 1 year or maximum 1000 hours of operation (first condition met), except for products for which another warranty is explicitly specified in the description of each product.

Cases of loss of warranty

· Defects caused by incorrect instalment of the piece;
· Defects caused by worn parts / conjugate defects, located in the same subassembly;
· Defects caused by overloads, incorrect or insufficient maintenance of the machine;
· Defects caused by external factors: flood, fire, accidents, etc.

· Defects caused by the intervention (modifications, adaptations) of the beneficiary.

In the case of wear parts (bucket teeth, blades, wear sheets, running surfaces for track elements) the warranty is strictly limited to the integrity of the piece and not to the efficiency of the piece. The warranty covers all cases of breakage, deformation but does not cover the life of the part.

The warranty does not cover the costs of assembling / disassembling the pieces or other defects / damages caused by them.
