Return policy

According to the internal policies of the company Arox Equipment SRL, the exercise of the right to return the product is made through a very simple approach, by contacting the Arox team at the email shop@arox.ro. Our colleagues will fill in on your behalf the return form, which will have to contaiinformation about the reason for the return, and the details of your order.

The products for which the return is requested must be accompanied by the original packaging undamaged, without signs of wear, bumps or other signs of defective handling, missing accessories, traces of assembly. They will also be accompanied by all the documents with which the delivery was made, except for the fiscal invoice.

If the ordered part is not on stock and is delivered based on a firm order made on our website comenzionline.arox.ro, the return of the products is made only under certain conditions, analyzed promptly upon receipt of the return request. This type of return involves the assumption of logistics costs imposed by the manufacturer and distributor by the buyer.

The cost of return transport is fully borne by the recipient. Reimbursement of amounts in this case is made according to the conditions for returning the value of the products.

The buyer has the right to cancel an order, respectively to return a product within 14 calendar days, without invoking any reason, except for the products delivered based on a firm order or customized products.

The return request can be accepted within a maximum of 30 days from the order of the products.

In case of abuse (repeated returns) we reserve the right to refuse to accept the return.

Return of the value of the products.

The amount of money related to the returned products will be returned after receipt of the parts in the Arox Equipment warehouse and their inspection, within a maximum of 14 days.

The sums of money will be refunded by bank transfer, in the accounts indicated by you.
